Ten members of the Gage Gallery Arts Collective
interpret, in their unique visual styles, moments of
“Freefall”.
Jane Michiel creates moments of drama with iconic
and mysterious bird images, while Jo-Anne Silverman
elicits the feeling of falling with pastel overlays of
colour suggesting windswept, ethereal seed pods.
Anita Boyd and Deborah Leigh use curvilinear kinetic
swoops of colour radiating the freedom of freefall
movement.
The show runs Tuesdays-Saturdays,
11am-5pm
From September 17 to October 5
Opening Reception on Sunday,
September 22, 1pm-4pm
Special Sunday Openings:
September 22, September 29
