We hope that many of you will be able to come and see the physical Challenge Crisis with Creativity exhibition which is being held at the Gage Gallery in Oak Bay.
However, for those that are not able to join us physically, we have added a gallery walk-through of the exhibition.
Below is a link to a video that Maria Buhne, one of the Art History Graduate helpers, took for us to post:

You do not need to sign in to see it. Just click the above 'please click here' letters and you should be able to access the video.

We had so much fun planning and bringing this physical exhibition to life. We hope that you will enjoy the outcome.
We also could not have done it without all of you that have generously and courageously contributed a bit of yourselves through your artworks. From poems to textiles, to paintings and photography, pencil and ink, found objects and re-imagined creations, we cherish and celebrate you.

Wonderful show - inspiring work at a discombobulated time. Take heart - creativity thrives and will help us get through this.

Creative expression heals. And sharing it with others connects. Draw, paint, doodle, sculpt or write a poem at home about what you are experiencing because of COVID-19. You don't need to be an artist - everybody's contribution is welcome. Take a photo of your creation and send it to us. If you wish, provide a short description of your work. Invite your kids to participate. Our weekly prompt will help you get inspired. Please email a photo of your creation to Ashley Riddett at:
